We are looking for a Security Support Officer to join us at our client site in Central London.
Our client is a leading biomedical research facility who are leading the cause in fighting diseases such as cancer.

As a Security Support Officer you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

A typical day in the life as a Security Support Officer:  

• Provide a highly visible security presence
• Monitor of BMS, Fire & Security alarm system panel, including intruder alarms
• Internal and external security patrols
• Control access to dedicated parts of the site using existing barriers and physical presence
• Respond immediately to emergencies and requests for assistance
• Perform locking and unlocking duties
• Carry our routine tests of equipment
• Contractor control – booking in/out of contractors, issuing of vehicle passes, monitoring adherence to parking restrictions
