We are looking for a Vetting Officer to join our team based at Heathrow.

As a member of the Aviation Vetting Team, you will be responsible for vetting new and existing candidates to the required standard as stipulated by the CAA and your respective ID Centre. You will also be responsible for ID pass management and the administration of all vetting and pass related documentation.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to follow process, in a timely manner with a keen eye for detail.

Main Duties:

• Vetting new and existing employees consistently, in line with WJ process, CAA requirements & ID pass standards, via the Vetting Gateway platform
• Coordinating Security Interviews and ID Centre appointments
• Undertaking the Pass Management process (including, but not limited to 5 year re-issue, Car park applications, Temporary IDs, Expiring/ed IDs, Change of Details)
• Coordinating and managing additional background checks via the Vetting Gateway platform (including but not limited to CRC/DBS, GSAT) to action before expiry date.
• Any additional reasonable ad hoc duties, as required, to support the business end to end vetting and pre-employment checking process.
